hotchows.com/ada/. Analyzes website source code to detect WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility deficiencies and recommends automated code fixes (e.g. missing ARIA tags, color contrast adjustments, form labels). - AiTrade Market Analytics: Accessible at

3. Human-in-the-Loop & Safety Guardrails
Hotchows strictly enforces the principle of Human-in-the-Loop across all user interactions and transactional workflows:
- Hard Money Action Guardrails: Autonomous AI agents are technically prohibited from executing financial transactions, submitting orders, or initiating card charges without explicit, authentic human user confirmation.
- Human Handoff on Request: At any point during a chat or voice conversation, users can request human staff assistance. Support representatives are reachable directly at mail@hotchows.com or via restaurant staff contacts.
- Isolated Internal Controls: Internal AI settings and consoles (e.g., in Hotchows POS) require authorized tenant credentials, and administrative outputs are advisory only.
4. Accuracy, Hallucination & Limitations
Generative AI systems produce output based on statistical language models and may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information ("hallucinations").
- Allergen & Health Information: While our shopping assistants reference published restaurant menu data, customers with severe allergies or dietary restrictions must always verify ingredients directly with restaurant personnel prior to consumption.
- Code Remediation Staging: Code suggestions provided by our ADA compliance engine must be evaluated in a test environment before deploying to production environments.
5. Prohibited Practices & Ethics (Article 5 Compliance)
Hotchows does not deploy or operate any artificial intelligence system that falls under the prohibited practices set forth in Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689:
- No Emotion Recognition: Hotchows does not infer, categorize, or monitor emotional states of employees, callers, or consumers.
- No Biometric Categorisation or Profiling: Audio streams and voice inputs are processed strictly for speech-to-text transcription in memory; no biometric profiles or voiceprint databases are constructed or retained.
- No Social Scoring: We do not assign social trust scores or behavioral evaluation metrics to individuals.
- No Subliminal Behavioral Manipulation: We do not use deceptive or subliminal design patterns to coerce purchasing decisions.

In accordance with Article 50(2) of the EU AI Act, synthetic media, AI-generated images, and algorithmic promotional content published across Hotchows web properties contain machine-readable metadata headers (e.g., meta[name="generator-ai"], standardized JSON-LD schema, and embedded provenance tags <!-- ai-generated -->).
